If you know you will need additional bedrooms, the annexes or extra time we recommend you book these at the time of your original booking so they can be guaranteed, as additional time, annexes or bedrooms are not assured unless actually booked. Any request for alternations must be made by the Client in writing to the designated management by email.
In calculating the change in costs for any addition or extension, the costs for the existing part booked remains the same and the additional rooms (or time) is costed at the prevailing rate for those dates at the time the request is made (not of when the original booking was made). The client would then be charged the uplift difference between what has been agreed in the existing signed booking form and the current prevailing rates for the dates they are enquiring about. Typically to secure the best price we always recommend extending bookings as far in advance as possible, or ideally booking what you need at the time of the initial booking.
Changes within 6 weeks of your check in arrival time of your existing booking:
The owners and Premises are unable to make any alternations for extensions to your booking. However, please do make the request known as in the very rare scenario, at the Owners’ and management’s complete discretion, they may be able to facilitate it, though charges may be higher, due to needing to reschedule or move staffing / servicing the property.
Changes up to 6 weeks before to your check in arrival time of your existing booking:
You can request by email at anytime up to 6 weeks before to your check in arrival time of your existing booking to extend your booking. Where possible the Owners and management will endeavour to facilitate any request to extend an existing booking, however this is subject to the availability at the time of the request being made and subject to the closeness or adjacent events / bookings. In most scenarios the more notice given the more possible a change is likely to be. For example:
Please note: Any special conditions, or later/non standard check in/out times for specific rooms would always be detailed on your amended booking form to avoid confusion. Any extensions or amendments are only confirmed once both (a) any additional payment has been paid and (b) a signed copy of the amended booking form has been confirmed as received by management.
Except as set out in this Agreement, no variation of this Agreement shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by the parties (or their authorised representatives).
