Every cuppa counts! As part of their 2014 “Time for Tea” fundraising campaign we were delighted to light the fires and throw open the doors to Huntsham Court’s reception rooms for this vital fundraising cake and cappuccino morning, where guests enjoyed tasty cakes and a good cuppa all whilst making some money for an amazing local charity – it has never been easier to raise money whilst relaxing.

St Margaret’s Hospice
St. Margaret’s Hospice is a local charity committed to providing specialist palliative care, advice, support and respite to patients and their families living in Somerset and parts of neighbouring counties. Their care is available for those who have a terminal or life-limiting illness, for example cancer, motor neurone disease and chronic lung disease. In 2010 St. Margaret’s celebrated 30 Years of Caring for the people of Somerset.
Through our medical expertise, nursing skills and specialist support services, they offer physical, emotional, social and spiritual care to their patients and patients’ families. Bereavement support is also available. Their services are also available to patients where our specialist knowledge, skills and expertise will provide relief for their specific illness, such as symptom control, breathlessness management, lymphoedema treatment, physiotherapy and occupational and complementary therapies. St. Margaret’s Hospice is fully registered under the Care Quality Commission.
