A different menu each day for an extraordinary weekend

Below are Spring seasonal sample menus from Milkshed Kitchen for Afternoon Teas, their Friday 3 course menu , their Saturday Chef’s Tasting Dinner Menu and of course Sunday Lunch. Advance reservations required. Milkshed Kitchen have requested you notify them upon booking if you require a vegetarian meal or have any allergies. Plus, the hotel pop-up bar is open for pre-dinner drinks.

Fridays: 21st May & 11th June (3-5pm)

Saturdays: 22nd May & 12 June (3-5pm)

Free-range egg and cress
Smoked salmon, lemon and cracked pepper
Wiltshire cured ham and Cheddar

FRIDAY DINNER – SPRING SHARER (£32.50 pp)

Friday 21st May & Friday 11th June (from 7pm)

Antipasti – cold meats, chargrilled Mediterranean vegetables, carrot and beetroot fritters,
rocket and parmesan, olives, roasted red pepper hummus
Served with a selection of bread and olive oil/balsamic

Harissa marinated chicken breasts with minted yogurt
Pan-fried tiger prawns with garlic, chilli, lime and coriander

Grilled courgette, tomato and bean salad with basil dressing

Rainbow quinoa with cumin-roasted broccoli, garden peas and feta
