To give some insight to the new and exciting Pop-Up hotel, Katie from Milkshed has shared some of her experience\u2019s so far:<\/p>\n
A bit about Milkshed and the team\u2026<\/strong><\/h3>\nWe are usually found creating fabulous wedding feasts \u2013 when Covid put a stop to weddings, we were delighted to be asked by Huntsham to collaborate on their pop-up.<\/p>\n
Chef\/owner Mark has been cooking for 30 years. His food is as straight as his Aussie nature \u2013 simply put \u2018good food, done right\u2019 \u2013 excellent local ingredients, cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. Fellow owner Katie loves welcoming diners \u2013 you\u2019ll be assured of attentive service, a warm smile (under the mask!) and a real passion for food. Perfect for dining as a couple or in a small group! Tables are spaced well apart. You will get to enjoy a three-course menu with three choices per course. This is changed regularly and reflects the seasonal produce available at the time.<\/p>\n
