This Devon based venue is your exclusive use, home from home, private manor house where you can relax, party, celebrate and make memories with up to 130 guests!

Accommodation – get together!
Your big house party really isn’t going to be the same without the majority of your guests being able to stay on site with you. Helpfully at Huntsham Court, across the 40 bedrooms we can sleep up to 92 guests or 60 guests in individual beds.
With a mix of grand canopy beds, luxury four poster beds and numerous bedrooms which can be set up with as twins, there is a space suitable for everyone attending.
Some bedrooms also interlink to create family suites for those who want to stick together and almost every bedroom in the main house has sofas and lounge areas, so there is no need to rush downstairs for breakfast… why not bring it up to your room instead!
Event planner – here to help
Never planned a big event before? Put off by the thought of hosting your own party a large venue?
Never fear, Huntsham Court offers up to 7 hours of planning time with one of our experienced and knowledgeable event planners. They are there to support you through supplier choices and ideas, timings for your party schedule, set ups for those big banqueting experiences, assisting with staffing needs and helping answer any queries you may have throughout.
Not only do they support you in the run up to the party, they are also available during your stay should you feel it would be reassuring they were there to make sure everything is running as smoothly as possible.
The Bar – no corkage!
Ever wanted to run your own bar? Be the landlord of your own pub? Or even have a cocktail bar serving all your favourite drinks on demand? Well, look no further because at Huntsham Court, your very own party house can provide you with complete flexibility to run, create and enjoy your own bar exactly as you would like with no additional corkage!
The bar comes empty, ready for you to fill with your own selection of spirits, beers and mixers. Your dedicated planner can help put you in touch with some great local breweries and wine merchants, but you aren’t tied to any particular way in which you stock your own bar.
Once set up and stocked, you are free to run the bar as a pay bar, a free bar, with bar staff, as self-service… you can even hire in a mixologist to bring some cocktail glamour to your big event.
Catering – your choice!
Over the years we have been able to build an incredible network of local chefs and catering companies, all of which have won numerous awards between them. Each and every one of them can help you create a unique menu with you to suit your tastes, style and party.
However, you do not have to use any of our recommended caterers and instead can bring your own from anywhere in the world!
Feeling in the creative cooking mood? You don’t even have to hire outside catering if you and your team are keen to cook up a storm yourselves. You are very welcome to bring your food with or organise a supermarket delivery direct to the house, ready to feed the tribe!
Music – Dance the night (and morning) away
As an ultimate party house, obviously music is essential. That’s why at Huntsham Court we have a late license which means you and the gang can enjoy live music in the form of a band, a DJ, even a Caleigh till 1am….
But the party doesn’t have to stop there. We have an integrated Sonos system in the ground floor of the house meaning once the live music is done and the band has played its last tune, you can simply switch over to Sonos and enjoy your own playlist till the early hours!
Huntsham Court is completely private and the whole property is yours, so dance in your PJ’s till the sun comes up if you like!

Huntsham Court is situated close to beautiful Devon villages and towns such as Bampton and Tiverton where there are plenty of quaint bakeries, cafes and pubs to visit along with breath taking walks in the surrounding countryside.
Nearby you will find Exmoor, The Quantocks, The Blackdown hills, the North Devon coastline and hidden gems like The Tarr Steps.
Not only is our location idyllic, it is easy to get to as well. Huntsham Court is located just 12 minutes from both Junction 27 of the M5 and Tiverton Parkway mainline station (2hrs fast train to London).
