It’s that time of year where we all start to get into the festive spirit, whether it’s at home celebrations, winter weddings or special Christmas events.
With hearts fully set on twinkling lights, sparkling baubles and the smell of fresh cut Christmas trees, we often get asked during visits and viewings at the house, what is Huntsham Court like at Christmas?
The Great Hall at Christmas
We like to stick to traditional styling and colour schemes when decorating Huntsham Court at Christmas. The Great Hall receives an extra special touch, with a 16ft real tree, decorated with a mix of red, gold and green baubles.
The roaring fire just adds to the wintery cosiness!
The Entrance Hall at Christmas
To ensure a grand entrance and warm welcome, the Entrance Hall isn’t left out when it comes to Christmas decorations.
A winding wreath, with twinkling lights head up the grand staircase, with baubles and stars mixed amongst the foliage.
The front doors themselves have a cheerful, festive wreath with the HC initials shining bright in silver.
The Reception rooms at Christmas
Even the reception rooms get some decor at Huntsham Court for Christmas. The Library has hanging wreaths on the bookshelves, plus twinkling lights hung around the partition door and fireplace.
The Bar is treated to its very own Christmas tree, plus beads and baubles adorn the wooden pillars and mantlepiece.
The Yellow room, which is already highly decorative and works brilliantly for a Winter Wedding, receives a simply twinkling light display around the fireplace, studded with Christmassy foliage and golden decor.
The Diamond room fireplace doesn’t miss out either, with a gem-coloured topper, shining bright with lights at night-time.
There is even a Christmas tree on for forecourt outside the main Entrance! Adorned with Christmas lights, this wintery warm welcome will guarantee Christmas cheer as your guests arrive your festive wedding or event.
